Structural Features


* 999 orders can be stored through computer control system to achieve one-key order change and arrangement with LCD master touch screen for display.


* Thin blades are provided for slitting under servo control for auto blade adjusting and order change and arrangement with order changing time around 20 seconds.


* The transmission system is added between thin blade slitting and helical knife cutting units to be theseparated structure to eliminate the disadvantages of single sheetpressing from different sheet thickness caused by flute change.


* The thin blade is made of tungsten alloysteel with use life more than 8 million meters. Also it is designed with auto blade grinding.


* Both the feeding in & out shaft and thin blade shaft are provided with frequency motor for sync belt driving.


* The helical knife cutting unit is driven by AC servo motor.


* The upper and lower shafts of cutting knife are driven through meshing by the precise gear. The lubricating oil is auto-circulated cooled. The lower gear is connected with the sync servo motor directly without inert gear to improve the cutting precision.


* It is designed in helix scissoring for knife cutting and the knife meshing location can be adjusted through screw tightening.


* Two stacking modes of constant height and constant pieces are provided to be in use according to the production need.


* The transmitting part includes four sections with the first section to separate the single-side corrugating sheet, the second section to stack the separated sheet and the third and fourth section to transmit the separated sheet to stacker.


* The 800mm wide non-power stand is provided for transmitting and collecting for manual bunding.


* The cut sheet can be stacked in order no matter how many pieces are cut into from one sheet.


* The machine is designed for work through the unified instruction of the programming PLC controller to realize auto counting without machine stop with each transmission section matched with stacking action for auto stacking.
