innovation of sewing unit with our America partner. After reel-release the web, double side Flexo printing, cross cut to
single sheet, counting and stratifying, auto covering, sewing, thread cutting, back wrapping, flipping, folding, back
planning, cross cutting, round corner cutting, stack then comes out the finished product of notebook. The other option is
to stack the books after auto covering so it can be collected by two working position then go into other binding
procedure. This automatic line is not only an ideal machine for producing sewing notebook but also for pad notebook,
spiral notebook and loose-leaf. notebook.
This automatic line is a multi-functional machine. The electrical apparatus control system used the most advanced
Fieldbus Control System and Non-axle servo control system to ensure each part of the machine working harmoniously.
